I know. I have to start taking photos outside my home.

I have thought of another photography project that I could start. I want to take photos about books that I have read. Something that could pass as the cover of novels like The Godfather, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Road, Middlesex, and Atonement. I'm no Annie Leibovitz, but I want to do something like her series of photos of celebrities posing as different Disney characters. Hrmmm...

The bench at home. I submitted this for the assignment at Digital Photography School.

Here are the other processed shots that I considered for the assignment. Gawd, I need to get out of the house sometime.

Faking it.

I went to the very rural Agdangan yesterday with my parents. I wanted to see how my mom's project was doing. When I climbed up the tower, I took some photos of the town's landscape. I wanted to get the HDR effect going on because the clouds over the town were really nice, but I needed a tripod for that. So I searched the net when I came back home and found a way to do a fake HDR image! WOOHOO!

This one's not HRD-ish. I just like old houses. :D

The Godfather

lolo

Once a month, my grandfather and his daughters, one of them being my mom, have a meeting about the financial status of the family business of livestock. But actually, the meeting is really 1% business and 99% joking around, talking about shopping, and gossiping about celebrities and relatives. It was fun watching them being serious and goofy at the same time!

I took a bunch of photos, but only a few came out nice. The photo above is actually a cropped version, which I obviously post-processed.

I need more practice on candid-people (haha) photography. I'm getting a little sick of photographing nature, no offense to the earth. (Belated Happy and Eco-Efficient Earth Day Everyone!)

Project: Circles

Rosary
Participated in the digital photography school forums :D

I know, i know, it's straightforwardly circle, but I still like it.

Taking this photo led me to think of a photo-project I could do this whole year related to me and my classmates taking our thesis... Something like a photo-documentary or something haha. The Secret Life Of The Architecture Thesis. HAHA! I dunno, but yeah, something like that.

Reborn is my blog.

REBORN (haha) into a photoblog from a boring, self-absorbed, bordering on jolog blog. I've deleted my blog for a while and decided to resurrect it for my photos because I love my new Nikon D60. :)
